Timeline of Benghazi attack shows Obama sat on his hands while Americans died

Timeline of the Benghazi attack:

12:54 p.m. ET: U.S. Diplomat Sean Smith posts online warning that there's trouble. He was killed shortly after posting that message.

1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. ET: Washington sends up drones to monitor situation. They were watching from the "situation room" on big screen televisions.

4:00 p.m. ET: Attack on Benghazi consulate begins

5:00 p.m. ET: Obama meets with Vice President Biden and U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.

8:00 p.m. ET: Ambassador Stevens is killed

10:00 p.m. ET: Two other U.S. diplomats are killed.

The United States has a military base in Sicily, 480 miles away from Benghazi, with transport aircraft, special ops forces, attack aircraft, etc. We could have had air support there within one hour and commandos on the ground within three.

But we did nothing.

The Obama White House knew at 1:00 p.m., we were watching by 3:00 p.m., the attack ensued at 4:00 p.m.; at 8:00 p.m., the ambassador dies and, at 10:00 p.m., two other diplomats die.

Our diplomats fought for nearly seven hours. Ambassador Stevens fought for his life for four hours -- all while this administration watched from above.

Washington chose to watch these men die unimaginable deaths. In fact, President Obama went to bed because he had to be rested for a Las Vegas fundraiser the next day  . . . oh, and to make a speech in the Rose Garden, where he said, "“No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation."

Because Obama said the word "terror" in his Rose Garden speech, the media is now reporting that that one word was declaration that Benghazi was indeed a terrorist attack.

I beg to differ.

For nearly two weeks following the terrorist attack, this administration, along with U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice, proceed to tell the American people that what prompted this attack was a stupid video.

Then today: Oct. 24, 2012: Media gets emails proving this White House knew.

They also knew from day one that Ansar al-Sharia was responsible for the attack. More than likely, this was one of the groups that the U.S. armed and funded during the war to overthrow Gaddhafi.

There are also reports coming out that the Obama administration is now running guns through Turkey into Syria. Again, we are supplying the rebels with weapons. And these rebels, more than likely, are linked to Al Qaeda.

We are aiding and abetting our enemies. This is not going to end well.

Will the media ask tough questions, or will they continue to support this murderous, negligent administration?
